Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions are a recognised way to increase employee efficiency and customer reach while reducing technology expenses. As mentioned earlier, Avaya was one of the first strategic partners to join the ProCurve ONE alliance program which provides customers with the assurance that Avaya’s solutions have been confirmed as working well on an HP ProCurve Adaptive Network.
